About Our Chamber
The Bald Knob Area Chamber of Commerce is organized for the purpose of advancing the commercial, industrial, civic and general interest of the City of Bald Knob.
The Chamber has a membership of approximately 100 members. The membership represents both individuals and businesses that work to accomplish our goal as a Chamber. The governing body is a twelve-member board consisting of Chamber members voted by all members to represent the Chamber for a period of three years, with a rotation of four board members each year. The board meets the last Monday of each month to handle all business of the Chamber. The Chamber is opened from 9am - 2pm, Monday - Friday.
In addition to work of the Chamber during the year, the Chamber has several functions a year that draw people to our area and also offer a time for our members to work together to celebrate the working of the Chamber throughout the year.
Chamber of Commerce Banquet. Every year in February the Chamber hots their "Annual Banquet" We invite a guest speaker to address everyone that attends the banquet. The president of the Chamber presents the Business and Citizen's award for that year. We have a wonderful dinner and the gavel is passed to the new president for the coming year. We have drawings for door prizes that have been donated by local businesses. The teachers of Bald Knob are honored also at the banquet. This is a fun social event in Bald Knob that we highly recommend.
